Ordering and postal information

If you know the publication details of a book you'd like to order, and it isn't already on this site with an 'order online' button, please use our Book Enquiry Form.

Please note that online orders can take up to a week to process. If we have the book in stock we can post it straight away - this will be the case for most of the books you purchase froma link on the site. If it needs to be ordered, it can take up to four weeks to arrive in our shop - this will apply to most books ordered with our Book Enquiry Form.

Postage charges are based on standard Australia Post rates. For books purchased directly on the website, rates will be calculated automatically, based on the following:

Orders under $60, postage = $5.70

Orders between $60 and $200, postage = $9.90

Orders above $200, postage = $20

For orders placed through our Book Enquiry Form, the following postage charges will apply:

$5.70 for books weighing up to 500g

$9.90 for books between 500g and 3kg

For books over 3kg, postage will vary based on weight. If you need to know exact postage, please order with us over the phone.

Postage from us to you will be dependent on standard Australia Post delivery times (you can choose to pay extra for express delivery). If you need a book urgently, consider phoning us instead.
